man I never seen so much negativity. this is not
helping the party. I am starting to think about just
quitting the party. all they are doing is tearing each
other apart. makes me feel like there is something
wrong with the system. just because obama had
attended rev. wrights churh doesn't make
him a bad person. there are not many churchs that
accept black people and not many churches with a black
staff. so what can obama do? maybe that was the only
church available 20 years ago.

Me thinks there are a lot of posters at PB blog that are not of the Democratic persuasion. I suspect most all the sudden influx of posters with the similar blog name of "Democrat from somewhere, USA". Over the past three months we have seen this sign, along with all the negative slamming of Obama, and increased negatie posting associated with it.
As for my blog on PB. I've notified Michael Link about not being able to access my comments from my blog, or my posts ) I can edit, but I can't view my blog from the PB blog) and now I understand nobody else can either. He emailed me back that it looks fine from his end, and asked me what blog post I couldn't access. In reiteration I had told him I could not access any posts in "My Blog" on PB blog.
Therefore, whatever... I've b4een posting on the open thread since April 0f 2004, and on party builder since December of 2006. Maybe I've out lived my welcome?
Thanks for the comment on "Mom's Debt"! I think Mom's everywhere deserve more attention for what they do in our lives. Where we we be without them? Nowhere, man!

My buttons don't work. I let Mike Link know but I haven't heard anything. My guess is, lots of us are in the same boat. Point is, don't take it personal. There are trolls in there, and will be. This was made as a way for us to unite. The Repubs don't want that. I think we are having so much trouble because they are worried. I think some other groups are probably against Obama too.There has been some pretty racist talk of late. Yes, the Imperial Klan is real and would not be above working against a person of color becoming president.
Hang in there guys. Our becoming discouraged may be why this is happening.
I won't give our opposition the satisfaction of seeing me quit. Boy, I sure am glad to come here for a break though.

Sorry BT, but I must respectfully disagree with your analysis. The fact that President Obama sat in that pew all those years under the "good" Rev. speaks volumes, as did his refusal to disassociate himself from the guy until it became politically expedient. Also, I'd love to see your hard numbers for the assertion you made that there are not many churches that accept black people or which have a black staff. Both of those little nuggets are simply an uncomfortable fiction.
